The Connecticut REALTORS® presents the 32nd Annual REALTORS® at the Capitol event on:

REALTORS® from all around Connecticut will gather together to meet with legislators to share our views on the issues that affect our business. Your participation will help show the legislators that REALTORS® are engaged in the legislative process and we vote. Having a significant size group at this event will make a difference – there is strength in numbers.
The Agenda:
10:15 a.m. – Bus departs from Marlborough Parking Lot Rt 2 @ West Rd. (Exit 12)
11:00 a.m. – Bus departs from Forest Street Parking Lot 1050 Main St. in Manchester (corner of Forest & Main St.)
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Lunch provided by The Connecticut Association of REALTORS and Issues Briefing at The Bushnell in Hartford
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Legislator Meetings at the LOB/Capitol Room 1A
Here are some of the issues currently important to our industry:
- Conveyance taxes and/or other closing costs
- Fix to the Property Condition Form
- Efforts to lower property taxes
- Sprinkler and smoke detector issues
- Energy efficiency and radon reporting mandates
