Tri-County Alliance understands that you must have affordable and reliable access to your forms to conduct your business. This platform is currently provided by SmartMLS  so your MLS fees already cover the usage!  Simply login to SmartMLS and click on Transactions Desk.

Tri-County Alliance members have access to the CTR Forms Library through the SmartMLS.  There are over 90 forms available.  Once logged into Transactions Desk, simply click on the Forms icon from the left side menu.

Changes to how Transactions (zipForm Edition) is billed.

The Transactions (zipForm Edition) member benefit provided by NAR will expire on December 31st, 2021, at which time you will lose access to your account unless you update your plan.

How do I keep using Transactions (zipForm Edition)?

After the national member benefit expires, will I still be able to access my transactions history?

Your account will be frozen for 90 days. After the 90-day freeze period your account will be deleted permanently, and your data will not be retrievable. You may sign up again at the full retail price.
