Orientation Information

What is orientation?

New Member/Code of Ethics Orientation is a requirement and must be attended within 180 days from the association’s receipt of a REALTOR® Membership application. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in denial of the REALTOR® Membership application or termination of provisional membership.

How do I sign up for orientation?

You are automatically assigned an orientation day upon becoming a member. To see which day you have been assigned, please read the ‘Welcome to Tri-County!’ email you received from us. About (2) weeks before your scheduled orientation day, an email will be sent to the email address you provided on your membership application. This email will contain all the information you will need for orientation, including a link to register for the day.

NOTE: If you are unable to attend your assigned orientation day, please email us at tri.county@sbcglobal.net as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Keep in mind that you have no more than 180 days from the association’s receipt of your membership application to complete orientation.

What days will an orientation be held on?

Please note: due to the current uncertainties, we are planning all foreseeable orientations classes to be held online Via Zoom
