THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM IN THE LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM FORMAT

Live Virtual Classroom Requirements: All Education Policies and Procedures will be enforced for virtual classes in the same manner as they are enforced for in-person classes.  The student must join the class on a device that allows for both video and audio participation and must remain on the screen, visible to the instructor during the duration of the course.  The student must submit a copy of photo ID prior to class for verification purposes.

In order to sit for the Real Estate Brokerage exam you must be actively engaged for at least two years as a licensed real estate salesperson under the supervision of a licensed real estate broker in this state.  Please click the link below to read the requirements from the DCP.
